Types of Therapy
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy involves one-on-one sessions between you and me, as your therapist.
Online Therapy Offered (Telehealth)
With the advancement of technology, therapy sessions can also be conducted remotely via a secure platform. Online therapy offers convenience and accessibility for clients who may have difficulty attending in-person sessions.
Family Therapy
Family therapy involves sessions with multiple family members to address conflicts, improve relationships, and promote understanding and cohesion within the family unit
I currently only offer family therapy to parents and families of my child or adolescent therapy clients. .
Child & Adolescent Therapy
Sessions with children and teenagers typically involve a combination of talk therapy, play therapy, and age-appropriate interventions to address issues such as behavioral problems, anxiety, depression, or traumas.
I do not currently offer Online Therapy for Children.
Check-in Sessions
Maintenance
After completing an initial course of therapy, you may choose to attend occasional maintenance or check-in sessions to address ongoing challenges, reinforce skills learned in therapy, and maintain progress.
Intensive Therapy
Acute Issues
Intensive therapy involves longer or more frequent (twice weekly) sessions over a shorter period of time, often used to address acute or severe mental health issues. This therapy will be discussed during if needed.
Group Therapy

Group therapy involves sessions with a small group of individuals who share similar concerns or goals. It provides an opportunity for mutual support, feedback, and interpersonal learning in a supportive group setting.
